Born and raised in Malawi, Africa, Dr. Grace Dengler brings a unique blend of expertise, resilience, and dedication to her roles.
Dr. Dengler grew up in a family that owed private schools and her passion for teaching and helping others has been a lifelong experience. At the age of 19, Dr. Dengler was in charge of overseeing high school operations for 500 students in Malawi, Africa. Embodies her company’s mission of 'helping YOU grow' With bachelor’s degrees in both computer science and nursing, including a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Executive Leadership. Her career spans healthcare, education, coaching, and mentoring. Dr. Dengler’s journey into nursing began after a career as a Process Analyst, when her father’s illness drew her to nursing.

In the face of personal challenges, including job loss, and divorce, she dedicated herself to her evening studies, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and later pursuing advanced nursing qualifications while raising her three children. Her journey is a testament to balancing family, education, and work, and she is deeply passionate about mentoring others in their professional and personal growth. Dr. Dengler has influenced hundreds through her teaching at institutions like St. Xavier University, Roberts Wesleyan College, and Monroe Community College. She was the recipient of the 2019 Outstanding Faculty Award from Roberts Wesleyan College. With a remarkable span of academic pursuits from 2007 to 2024; she offers invaluable insights to those entering the nursing field and anyone seeking guidance to achieve their dreams. She believes that 'YOU are the C.E.O of your life' and that, 'In every situation good or bad, we are accountable for the success and failure'.
